STERIO BIO

What began as a desire to play some music has grown into a musical career for the band, STERIO. It was the union of a group of brothers and cousins from Belize, Central America, that gave the band their initial start in 1977.

The Chicago based quintet has many accomplishments to it's credit, including: being selected Chicago’s "Most Versatile Band" at the annual Reggae Music Awards, performed at many venues from Belize, Central America to North America.

In 1984 recorded the EP "Moonlight" which included their hit single "Precious Love". Sterio captivates their audiences with an "International" blend of Reggae, Soca, Funk, R&B and World Beat.

• Mike Cattouse (bass, vocals)
• Steve Cattouse (drums, vocals)
• Randy Hardy (lead guitar, vocals)
• Bryan Johnson (DJ, rap, vocals)

One of the longest serving Reggae bands in Chicago, Sterio is still performing with lots of energy and excitement, with a fresh sound and a style of their own.
